You can process up to Rs. 50,000 worth of transactions per-day if your wallet is a ‘Power Wallet’,

You can process up to Rs. 10,000 worth of transactions per-day if your wallet is a ‘Classic Wallet’

Simply walk-in to any Dialog Experience Centre and request for the additional per-day limit on your wallet by converting it into a ‘Power Wallet’

Transaction Fees

You will be charged a fee of 0.5% as a transaction value, to receive payments via LANKAQR.

A typical transaction scenario

  • Seller logs into the eZ Cash Customer App
  • Selects MyQR
  • Shows/ shares the MyQR with the customer
  • Customer scans the MyQR from their Payment App
  • Customer enters the amount on the Payment App and confirms the transaction
  • Seller receives an instant transaction confirmation SMS notification
  • Seller acknowledges the transaction by releasing the goods/ services to the customer

In addition to the above, with your eZ Cash Wallet you can start receiving payments from any of the following payment options. Simply share your eZ Cash Wallet Number (which is your mobile number) with your customer/ client and request them to ‘Send Money’

You will not be charged a fee to receive payments from the following methods

 

FAQs

How do I receive my money for purchases through LANKAQR?
The payments will be deducted from the customer’s eZ Cash Wallet/3rd Party FinTech /Mobile Banking App and will be received to your eZ Cash Customer Wallet.

How long does it take for me to receive the money?
The payment will be processed in real-time. Therefore, you will receive funds instantly, and the SMS confirmation will be delivered to your eZ Cash Customer Wallet enabled mobile number.

Is there a transaction fee?
As a seller, you will be charged 0.5% from the total transaction amount for using the LANKAQR service.
(e.g., If you have received a Rs. 1,000.00 payment, then Rs. 5.00 will be deducted from your eZ Cash Customer Wallet as a transaction fee)

Will my customer be charged for using this service?
Your client/ customer will not be charged for this transaction

Can any FinTech App / Mobile Banking App customer scan MyQR (LANKAQR) and pay me?
Yes, eZ Cash mobile app and any other 3rd Party FinTech /Mobile Banking App which can read LANKAQR code can be used to scan the ‘MyQR’ and pay you.

What's the maximum a customer can pay me through LANKAQR?
You can process up to Rs. 50,000 worth of transactions per-day if your wallet is a ‘Power Wallet’,
You can process up to Rs. 10,000 worth of transactions per-day if your wallet is a ‘Classic Wallet’

What do I do during a scan failure through my LANAKQR?
Any issue related to your App or LANKAQR code scanning, you can dial the Customer Care hotline on 7111 and get assistance.

What do I do if a transaction fails?
If you receive a transaction from another eZ Cash Customer Wallet– you can contact the eZ Cash Hotline on 7111.
If the transaction is from a 3rd Party FinTech/ Mobile Banking App – your customer should contact the relevant mobile app hotline

How does the reversal work in case a customer requests for a refund for a purchase made through LANKAQR?
If you receive a payment from another eZ Cash Customer wallet– You need to contact the Retailer Help Desk on 777456456
If the payment was made through a 3rd Party app – Request the customer to contact the relevant mobile application provider’s hotline.

How long will the reversal process take?
Payment received from another eZ Cash Wallet– 1-2 working days
Payment received from 3rd Party app – 2-3 working days
If the transaction is from a 3rd Party app – Inform customers to contact the relevant mobile application providers hotline, also you can inform our Retailer Help Desk.
