Institutional Payments

Step 1: Dial #111#

Step 2: Select ′Institute Payment′

Step 3: Enter your eZ Cash PIN

Step 4: Select ′Enter Institute Code′

Step 5: Enter institute code

Step 6: Enter account number

Step 7: Enter amount & confirm

Step 8: You will receive a confirmation SMS

eZ Cash Account Top-up / Recharge

Step 1: Merchant initiates the transaction

Step 2: You will have to provide your mobile number, the amount to be topped up

Step 3: Hand over the cash to the merchant

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation SMS

From Bank Accounts

Step 1: Login to the eZ Cash app

Step 2: Choose ‘Top-up from Bank Account’

Step 3: Enter your PIN

Step 4:Click on the ‘+’ symbol to add your bank details

Withdraw Cash at any eZ Cash Point

Walk into any eZ Cash Point and request for the Cash Withdrawal Service

Step 1: Merchant initiates the transaction

Step 2: You will have to provide your mobile number and the amount which is to be withdrawn

Step 3: Once Merchant confirms Transaction you will immediately receive a pop-up on your phone requesting your PIN to authorise theTransaction

Step 4: Enter your PIN on your mobile to authenticate

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation SMS

Step 6: Merchant will hand over cash

Step 7: Confirm the accuracy of the cash amount received from the merchant

Combank ATMs

Step 1: Select ‘Cardless Transaction’

Step 2: Select your preferred language

Step 3: Select ‘eZ Cash’

Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

Step 5: Enter your eZ Cash account number

Step 6: Enter the eZ Cash PIN on your mobile

Step 7: Complete your transaction

Reload

Step 1: Dial #111# and Select Reload

Step 2: Enter Mobile number (Dialog / Etisalat / Hutch / Airtel)

Step 3: Enter Amount

Step 4: Enter PIN and confirm the transaction

Step 5: You will receive a receipt via SMS

eZ Cash app

Step 1: Login to the eZ Cash app

Step 2: Select ‘Bill Payment & Reload’

Step 3: Enter your PIN

Step 4: Select the account type (Dialog, Etisalat, Hutch or Airtel)

Step 5: Enter the mobile number

Step 6: Enter the amount & click ‘Pay’

Touch Parking Card

Step 1: Open the eZ Cash app

Step 2: Select 'Tenaga Parking' from the list

Step 3: Add vehicle type & vehicle number and save

Step 4: Enter the terminal ID e.g. 04101

Step 5: Select your vehicle

Step 6: Enter the number of hours parked

Step 7: Scan the QR on the parking terminal or enter the amount manually

Step 8: Enter eZ Cash PIN

Step 9: Confirm payment

Bill Payments

For Dialog

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Dialog Payments" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Select one of the following (Dialog Mobile, Dialog TV, Dialog WiMax, Dialog Fixed Line)

Step 4: Enter your Dialog mobile number / account number

Step 5: Enter amount

Step 6: Confirm transaction

Step 7: You will receive a receipt via SMS

For Hutch

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Bill Payments" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Select "Hutch bill" payments

Step 4: Enter your Hutch mobile number / account number

Step 5: Enter amount

Step 6: Confirm transaction

Step 7: You will receive a receipt via SMS

For Etisalat

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Etisalat Payments" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Select "Etisalat bill" payments

Step 4: Enter your Etisalat mobile number / account number

Step 5: Enter amount

Step 6: Confirm transaction

Step 7: You will receive a receipt via SMS

For Airtel

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Airtel Payments" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Select "Airtel bill" payments

Step 4: Enter your Airtel mobile number / account number

Step 5: Enter amount

Step 6: Confirm transaction

Step 7: You will receive a receipt via SMS

eZ Cash app

Step 1: Login to the eZ Cash app

Step 2: Select ‘Bill Payment & Reload’

Step 3: Enter your PIN

Step 4: Select the account type (Dialog Television, Dialog Home Broadband/CDMA, Dialog WIMAX, Lanka Bell, National Water Supply, Ceylon Electricity Board or Lanka Electricity Company)

Step 5: Enter the account number

Step 6: Enter the amount & click ‘Pay’

Utility Bill Payments

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Utility Payment" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Select relevant utility provider (CEB, LECO, Water Board etc.)

Step 4: Enter account number(Avoid using spaces & symbols when entering an A/C number)

Step 5: Enter amount

Step 6: Confirm transaction

Step 7: You will receive a receipt via SMS

*Customers can now check the CEB bill payment status on the CEB side by sending a SMS to 1987 in following format.

B <Space> <10 digit CEB NO> Send to 1987

Once sent the sender will receive a SMS with below details:

Last bill balance; Total payment received; Latest balance; Last payment update

Pay Merchant

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Pay Merchant"

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Enter merchant's mobile number

Step 4: Enter amount

Step 5: Confirm transaction

Step 6: You will receive a receipt via SMS

eZ Cash app

Step 1: Login to the app

Step 2: Enter the merchant name/number or scan the QR

Step 3: Enter the amount & click ‘Pay’

Internet Payments

Step 1 : At the point of payment when you select eZ Cash as the preferred payment option, you will be routed to the eZ Cash secured payment gateway.

Step 2 : Enter the mobile number and the eZ Cash PIN on the payment gateway

Step 3 : Then you will get a random PIN on a SMS to your phone and you have to enter that as well on the payment gateway.
This dual factor authentication makes the transaction very secured)

Step 4: Then your transaction will be successful and you will receive a receipt via SMS.

Purchase Product

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Purchase Product" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: Enter relevant Product Code

Step 4: Confirm transaction

Step 5: You will receive a receipt via SMS

Frequently Used Numbers

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Frequently Used Numbers" from menu

Step 2: Enter PIN

To Add a New Number

Step 3: Select 'Manage List' option

Step 4: Select 'Add new' Option

Step 5: Select relevant account type (Bill Payment-Dialog Mobile, Etisalat Mobile, Hutch Mobile, Dialog TV, Dialog WiMax or CDMA, Utility Payment-CEB, LECO or Water Board, Institute Payment-Institute Code)

Step 6 : Enter relevant mobile number/Account number

Step 7 : Enter a description

Step 8 : Screen with 'Successfully added' will pop up

To Edit a Number

Step 3: Select 'Manage List' option

Step 4: Select 'Edit' Option

Step 5: Select the relevant account description to edit

Step 6: Select any of the following option (Edit Number, Edit Description

Step 7 : Enter new mobile/account number or new description

Step 8: Confirm edition

Step 9: Screen with 'Successfully Updated' will pop up

To Delete a Number

Step 3: Select 'Manage List' option

Step 4: Select 'Delete' Option

Step 5: Select the relevant account description to delete

Step 6: Confirm the deletion of account description

Step 7: Screen with 'Successfully Deleted' will pop up

To Transact

Step 3: Select the relevant account description

Step 4: Enter amount

Step 5: Confirm transaction

Step 6: You will receive a receipt via SMS

eZ Cash app

Step 1: Login to the app

Step 2: Select ‘Frequently Used Number’

Step 3: Enter your PIN

Step 4: Select the payment type (utility payments, institutional payments or bill payments)

Step 5: Select the account type

Step 6: Enter the account number

Step 7: Enter a description

Step 8: Click ‘Add’

Mini Statement

Step 1: Dial #111# and select "Mini Statement"

Step 2: Enter PIN

Step 3: View pop-up screen with details on phone

Balance Check

Step 4: Re-enter new PIN

Step 5: Receive SMS confirmation

eZ Cash app

Step 1: Login to the app

Step 4: Enter your old PIN

Step 5: Enter your new PIN

Step 6: Re-enter the new PIN

Detailed Statement Request

If you are a Dialog subscriber, you can walk into any Dialog Customer Service Point / If you are a Etisalat subscriber, you can walk into any Etisalat Flagship Store / If you are a Hutch subscriber, you can walk into any Hutch Customer Service Point and request for an eZ Cash Account detailed statement.
